中意財產(chǎn)保險有限公司是由中國石油天然氣集團(tuán)公司和意大利忠利保險有限公司合資組建的全國性財產(chǎn)保險公司。公司于2007年4月經(jīng)中國保險監(jiān)督管理委員會批準(zhǔn)在北京成立，注冊資本5億元人民幣，是中國第一家中外合資的財產(chǎn)保險公司。
