中國(guó)科學(xué)院深圳先進(jìn)技術(shù)研究院由中國(guó)科學(xué)院、深圳市政府、香港中文大學(xué)2006年在深圳共同組建，已經(jīng)逐漸成為集教育、科研、產(chǎn)業(yè)、資本四位一體的新型科研機(jī)構(gòu)。 先進(jìn)院擁有一支結(jié)構(gòu)合理，創(chuàng)新能力卓越的研發(fā)隊(duì)伍，擁有一支由研究生、博士后、訪問學(xué)者組成的高水平流動(dòng)人員隊(duì)伍，現(xiàn)有員工1800多人，50%具有博士學(xué)歷；超過600人具有海外留學(xué)背景，PI（教授、副教授）百分之九十從國(guó)外引進(jìn)回國(guó)。擁有一套先進(jìn)、高效的管理體制和合理完善的科技成果轉(zhuǎn)移、轉(zhuǎn)化的科技成果被企業(yè)廣泛接受與應(yīng)用，培養(yǎng)的專門人才得到社會(huì)廣泛認(rèn)同與歡迎，成為人才一流、科研一流、管理一流的國(guó)家研究機(jī)構(gòu)。 --------------------- Shenzhen Institutes of Advanced Technology (SIAT)-Chinese Academy of Sciences was jointly established by Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS), The Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK), and the Shenzhen Municipal Government in 2006. Over the past 13 years, SIAT has earned an outstanding reputation for translating findings from basic research into industrial application under the efforts of the interdisciplinary teams of scientists and engineers. The wide-ranging expertise drawing from technical, engineering or science professions has now positioned SIAT at the interface between biology technologies (BT) and information technologies (IT) for the 21st century innovation.
