中國科學院深圳先進技術研究院由中國科學院、深圳市政府、香港中文大學2006年在深圳共同組建，已經(jīng)逐漸成為集教育、科研、產(chǎn)業(yè)、資本四位一體的新型科研機構。 先進院擁有一支結構合理，創(chuàng)新能力卓越的研發(fā)隊伍，擁有一支由研究生、博士后、訪問學者組成的高水平流動人員隊伍，現(xiàn)有員工1800多人，50%具有博士學歷；超過600人具有海外留學背景，PI（教授、副教授）百分之九十從國外引進回國。擁有一套先進、高效的管理體制和合理完善的科技成果轉移、轉化的科技成果被企業(yè)廣泛接受與應用，培養(yǎng)的專門人才得到社會廣泛認同與歡迎，成為人才一流、科研一流、管理一流的國家研究機構。 --------------------- Shenzhen Institutes of Advanced Technology (SIAT)-Chinese Academy of Sciences was jointly established by Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS), The Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK), and the Shenzhen Municipal Government in 2006. Over the past 13 years, SIAT has earned an outstanding reputation for translating findings from basic research into industrial application under the efforts of the interdisciplinary teams of scientists and engineers. The wide-ranging expertise drawing from technical, engineering or science professions has now positioned SIAT at the interface between biology technologies (BT) and information technologies (IT) for the 21st century innovation.
