Job Summary
Emerson has an exciting role for you! We are looking for Project Engineer-MSS-Chengdu.
In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
1.Review Project specification and highlight technical query/deviation. Provides products Sizing &Selection and projects proposal for liquid flow measurement systems, such as loading or unloading system of truck, train, ship and pipeline.
2.Provides application and technical assistance to the sales people on project pursuit.
3.Coordinate and participate in customer sales presentations.
4.Assists in training and providing marketing tools to the salespeople as required.

For This Role, You Will Need:
1.Degree in Electrical / Petrochemical Engineering / Instrumentation Engineering.
2.Familiar with the System design and instruments sizing. Skilled use AutoCAD, Excel and PowerPoint.
3.At least 4+ years’ experience as a proposal engineer, sales support engineer or application engineer field service engineer in the oil & gas industry.
4.Help Sales in project pursuit, coordination, execution and follow-up
5.Good presentation and communication skills. Have problem solving skills.
6.Proactive self-planning and persistent work on implementation.
7.Fluent in written/spoken English
8.Capable for frequent business trips
9.Occupational Health and Safety Acumen.
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
1.Fluent in oral and written English and preferably in another language useful to the region covered.
2.Good personality, interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to execute tasks independently, effectively, a good team player with analytical and judgement skills.
