For Mobility Customer Service in Nanchang, we are looking for Service Engineer to shape the connected Mobility with us.
What are your responsibilities?
- Coordinate and perform warranty service activities on site after the locomotive overhaul and operation with expert skills to analyze and diagnose the control system or equipment level failures.
- Implementation of maintenance work at the highest quality level as the processes required, to ensure locomotive control system work in good condition.
- Clearly communicate the technical problems with internal and external stakeholders.
- Prepares reports (English and Chinese) and Data analysis, like Failure analysis report and Failure statistics analysis report and so on.
-Basic Quality management knowledge and warehouse management
What do you need to qualify for this job?
- At least 3 years’ experience of technical service/commissioning work in Rolling stock area; preferred Siemens’s SIBAS system experience.
- Basic knowledge of the locomotive of main line in rolling stock.
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering/communication/computer ethernet network /railway engineering or related technical disciplines.
- Good analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Computer skills, able to use various MS & professional applications.
- Good English skill (orally & read-write).
