崗位職責(zé)：
1.作為供應(yīng)鏈項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理，負(fù)責(zé)推動新產(chǎn)品按時(shí)、高質(zhì)量地在制造廠順利投產(chǎn)；
2.支持、賦能新的MFG/ODM；
3.與跨職能團(tuán)隊(duì)合作，了解項(xiàng)目需求，評估新項(xiàng)目啟動計(jì)劃和風(fēng)險(xiǎn)，制定應(yīng)對計(jì)劃；
4.確保供應(yīng)鏈和制造商工廠為批量生產(chǎn)做好準(zhǔn)備，協(xié)調(diào)、推動MFG(ODM)為材料、產(chǎn)能、資源等做好準(zhǔn)備，以支持項(xiàng)目的上市時(shí)間和產(chǎn)量；
5.與R&D/ODT/PQM/SC緊密合作，確保滿足所有PLM和產(chǎn)品發(fā)布的要求；
6.對SLE的初始量產(chǎn)產(chǎn)品進(jìn)行驗(yàn)證(shipment +4wks)；
7.支持項(xiàng)目生命周期定制項(xiàng)目，PCR管理。

Responsibilities:
1. Project manager in SC and take 100% responsibility to drive new product launching on time with good quality and smoothly ramp up in MFG factory.
2. New MFG/ODM enablement.
3. Works with cross function teams (core project team…) to understand project requirements and evaluate new project launch plan, risk and define mitigation plan.
4. Ensure all teams in SC and MFG factory are ready for mass production, coordinate, drive MFG(ODM) ready for Material , capacity, resource … to support project time to market and volume.
5. Works closely with R&D/ODT/PQM/SC to ensure all requirements for PLM and release of products has been satisfied.
6. 100% ownership to Lead product verification in initial mass production to SLE (shipment +4wks).
7. Project life cycle customize project, PCR management.

Job requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree , 5+ years’ experience in project management, PMP certification (preferred)
2. 5+ years in electronics manufacturing industry of E2E (SMT, Test, Assembly, Pack） factory process, engineering background (mobile phone/ tablet experience is preferred)
3. Good communication skills, cross-function coordinate , open mind required
4. Capability of relentless drive to win to get the issue resolved
5. Very Strong collaboration sense & ability to leverage Lenovo, ODM and suppliers resources to manage the milestone and well support the Oversea factories NPI activities,
6. Sense of ownership, Result oriented, Proactive, Self-motivated and Decision making , Personal influence, Aggressive but also can demonstrate as a good team player with cross function teams to achieve the goals
7. Able to work and participate in conference call with world-wide teams at different time zone ( Frequently )
8. With concept of factory BOM, ECN, Capacity calculation, UPH, UPPH, Cycle time, LOB, Efficiency, LU, OEE, DOE, Palletization, Package, Drawing, label, ORT, GRR, CPK, CKD, SKD, DFM, DFT, PFEMA, Line config, etc ( Not fruitful knowledge but expect to have this experience as they are the key items to support region team operations )

1.本科學(xué)歷，5年以上項(xiàng)目管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)，PMP認(rèn)證（優(yōu)先）
2.5年以上電子制造行業(yè)E2E（SMT、測試、組裝、封裝）工廠工藝、工程背景（有手機(jī)/平板電腦經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先）
3.良好的溝通技巧，跨職能協(xié)調(diào)，需要開放的心態(tài)
4.堅(jiān)持不懈地爭取勝利以解決問題的能力
5.很強(qiáng)的協(xié)作意識和能力，能夠利用聯(lián)想、ODM和供應(yīng)商資源來管理里程碑，并很好地支持海外工廠的新產(chǎn)品導(dǎo)入活動，
6.主人翁意識、結(jié)果導(dǎo)向、積極主動、自我激勵和決策能力、個(gè)人影響力、進(jìn)取心，但也能表現(xiàn)出良好的團(tuán)隊(duì)合作精神，與跨職能團(tuán)隊(duì)共同實(shí)現(xiàn)目標(biāo)
7.能夠在不同時(shí)區(qū)與全球團(tuán)隊(duì)一起工作并參加電話會議（經(jīng)常）
8.具有工廠BOM、ECN、產(chǎn)能計(jì)算、UPH、UPPH、循環(huán)時(shí)間、LOB、效率、LU、OEE、DOE、托盤化、包裝、圖紙、標(biāo)簽、ORT、GRR、CPK、CKD、SKD、DFM、DFT、PFEMA、生產(chǎn)線配置等概念（知識不多，但希望有這種經(jīng)驗(yàn)，因?yàn)樗鼈兪侵С謪^(qū)域團(tuán)隊(duì)運(yùn)營的關(guān)鍵項(xiàng)目）
