Job description:* Support service parts supply chain throughout material lifecycle to hit part availability level target and pipeline inventory turnover target* Demand forecasting based on multiple points ( global view and country view) ,country seasonality & products* Decide safety stocking level based on different scenario, including new buy, allocation, rebalance & E&O* Manage supplier shortages to ensure all shipment schedule will come in time to meet the materials plan* Manage recovery actions and expectations with peer groups, especially with countries peer groups to collect customer feedback and requirement* Resolve any issues related with Shipment, Invoices, MD update within the agreed SLA* Be EOSL lifecycle focal point to deal with all issues during the period and turn off supply to customer without any issue* Work with cross-functional teams to explore opportunities on systems & processes enhancement activities* Review with management on organizational KPIs & improvement activities
