Job Description 崗位職責(zé) - Drive the Perfect Order Cycle Approach to minimize waste and complexities in the end-to-end order-to-cash flow - Implement new technology to improve demand capture accuracy and efficiency. Resolve demand capture failures, resolve blocked orders, manage stock allocation and delivery creation issues, and handle returns and refusals through customer interaction and compliance assessment. - Collaborate with other teams and make system changes to improve order fulfillment and resolve issues. Analyze data to understand customer behavior, trends, and risks, and takes actions to mitigate out of stock risks. - Drive continuous improvement within the team to meet internal and external KPIs, monitoring target achievements, and managing relationships with key stakeholders to ensure quality and process alignment.
