崗位職責(zé): 1.Screens and interviews applicants, both internally and externally. Focus may be on hiring production and office support employees. Works with line managers to identify staffing needs. Investigates facts and summarizes situations. Assists in the implementation and continuous improvement of an effective Performance Based Management (PBM) system to enhance employee performance and development. 與員工和經(jīng)理合作,解決員工關(guān)系問(wèn)題;調(diào)查事實(shí)并總結(jié)情況;協(xié)助實(shí)施和持續(xù)改進(jìn)有效的績(jī)效管理體系,以提高員工的績(jī)效和發(fā)展。 4.Assists in following up on EES and launch EES action plans to maintain and further enhance team engagement. 協(xié)助跟進(jìn)敬業(yè)度調(diào)研及開(kāi)展敬業(yè)度行動(dòng)方案,以維持及更進(jìn)一步地提升團(tuán)隊(duì)敬業(yè)度。 5.Ensures integrity of data entered in the China HR System; works closely with HRMIS Center as needed. Enters new and updates changes to employee data. 與共享中心緊密合作,維護(hù)中國(guó)區(qū)人力資源系統(tǒng)數(shù)據(jù)的完整性,及時(shí)新增或更新人力資源數(shù)據(jù)。 6.Support for question-answering to employees for HR related 協(xié)助解答員工關(guān)于人力資源的咨詢。 7.Administers HR policies and processes fairly and uniformly. Promotes Cabot culture and an environment of open communication between management and employees. 公平統(tǒng)一地管理及實(shí)施人力資源政策,促進(jìn)卡博特文化和管理層與員工之間開(kāi)放交流的環(huán)境。 8.Support for HR process or operation optimization, monitoring the process or operation efficiently working, ensures compliance with all applicable laws and regulations and SOX audit. 協(xié)助推動(dòng)人力資源流程和操作規(guī)范的優(yōu)化,監(jiān)管流程的運(yùn)行效率,確保遵守所有適用的法律法規(guī)及SOX審計(jì)。 9.Takes charge of activities responsible by HR and supports other kinds of employee activities, to promote a more active and well-being team in local sites, including English Corner, sports club, birthday party, Lunch with FGM, ect.. 負(fù)責(zé)員工活動(dòng)、并支持其他各類形式的員工活動(dòng),以促進(jìn)本地團(tuán)隊(duì)更加活躍健康,活動(dòng)包括英語(yǔ)角、運(yùn)動(dòng)俱樂(lè)部、生日會(huì)、總經(jīng)理座談會(huì)等。 10.Supports efforts to implement and maintain the Responsible Care? Management System in line with the requirements of the RC14001? technical specification, as applicable to the site/region. 根據(jù)RC4001?的要求,支持實(shí)施和維護(hù)體系。 崗位要求: 1.Bachelor degree and minimum 5 years experience in Human Resource activities. 本科學(xué)歷,至少5年以上人力資源工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)。 2.Solid expertise in Knowledge of HR specialties, proficient in Recruitment, Local Law and Regular, Employee Relations, etc.. 人力資源專業(yè)知識(shí)扎實(shí),精通至少1種職能模塊,包括招聘、本地勞動(dòng)相關(guān)法律法規(guī)、員工關(guān)系等。 3.PC Skills (MS Office, etc).
