The incumbent will accelerate LEM’s growth in the Automotive business by building and further developing long-term relationships with key stakeholders of OEMs and
Tier 1 in China.
He/she will bring a firsthand understanding of customer needs and regional/global market
trends in order to build the most impactful commercial strategy for LEM.
A Strong automotive
sales as key account management experience with engineering background is
required and a specific technical expertise in mechanical and/or electronic
engineering is preferred. Motor control and BMS system knowledge will be a
plus.
Misson·
Be responsible for the sales and marketing development of key accounts of China automotive business with current and voltage transducer in NEV automotive industry .
Key responsibilities
- Key account
management :achieve revenue , business development and margin target.
- Marketing sense:understand the market/customer situation and competitors’ situation of the responsible market field. Identify key customer and manage key customers towards company strategy target .Regular visit and timely report relative information.
- Technical Sales:To be able to provide product solutions to customers, independent organize product presentation, build up trust through problem solving .
- Manage target numbers:monthly, quarterly and annual business revenue plan, maintain forecast , BDG plan ,business analysis , battle plan and professional reporting with data logical .
Cooperate
and Coordinate internal peers & external partners ,show customer
ownership and cross functional leadership on Key Account Management .
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years
of automotive industry related sales and key account management , prefer experience
in new energy vehicle , Motor control and BMS system will be a plus. - Skillful office software
like Excel , PowerPoint is a Must … - Fluent English
in speaking and writing. - Willing to
travel frequently within China (up to 50% the of time)
