職位描述: 1. 熟悉負(fù)責(zé)行業(yè)(物流、機(jī)床、機(jī)場(chǎng)、港機(jī)、紡機(jī)等)的情況和市場(chǎng)環(huán)境,擬訂并落實(shí)市場(chǎng)銷售計(jì)劃,管理、維護(hù)、開(kāi)發(fā)。 2. 在負(fù)責(zé)行業(yè)有著良好的客戶關(guān)系和專業(yè)經(jīng)驗(yàn)。 3. 完成所負(fù)責(zé)行業(yè)產(chǎn)品的銷售任務(wù)和銷售回款目標(biāo)。 4. 建立、維護(hù)所轄行業(yè)的客戶關(guān)系,進(jìn)行商務(wù)談判,提供解決方案,對(duì)潛在客戶 進(jìn)行定期跟蹤,定期提交銷售進(jìn)度報(bào)告。 5. 收集、整理、反饋區(qū)域市場(chǎng)數(shù)據(jù)及分析報(bào)告,并對(duì)公司提出有價(jià)值的改善方案。 6. 對(duì)公司的新項(xiàng)目開(kāi)發(fā)提供市場(chǎng)支持,提出銷售策略、銷售政策的修訂建議。 7. 掌握客戶的經(jīng)營(yíng)狀態(tài)、保持密切關(guān)系。 8. 配合相關(guān)部門做好本區(qū)域市場(chǎng)開(kāi)發(fā)和產(chǎn)品推廣工作。 9. 負(fù)責(zé)客戶管理,為客戶服務(wù),加強(qiáng)渠道忠誠(chéng)度和銷售能力,避免市場(chǎng)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。 10. 完全遵守公司制定的銷售流程進(jìn)行銷售活動(dòng)。 11. 上級(jí)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)交待的其他工作。 Position Description: 1. Familiar with the situation and market environment of the responsible industry(logistic、machine tool、airport、harbour machine、textile machine etc.), develop and implement marketing sales plan, management, maintenance and development. 2. Have good customer relationship and professional experience in the responsible industry. 3. Accomplish the sales task and sales return target of the products in the industry under responsibility. 4. Establish and maintain customer relationships in the industry under his/her jurisdiction, conduct business negotiations, provide solutions, follow up with potential customers on a regular basis and submit regular sales progress reports. 5. Collect, collate and feedback regional market data and analysis reports, and propose valuable improvement solutions to the company. 6. Provide marketing support to the company's new project development and propose revisions to sales strategies and sales policies. 7. Grasp the business status of customers and maintain close relationships. 8. Cooperate with relevant departments for market development and product promotion in the region. 9. Responsible for customer management, customer service, strengthen channel loyalty and sales capacity, to avoid market risks. 10. Fully comply with the sales process set by the company for sales activities. 11. Bachelor’s degree in technology or automation(Electrical related). 2. Willing to do sales and grow up with company brand enhancement & Sales high speed growth. 3. Broad experience and expertise in the automation control business, Channel management experience is a plus. 4. New product launches& promotion experience. 5. Global customer experience. 6. Knowledge of China automotive market. 7. Basic English.
