崗位職責(zé):
1. 根據(jù)業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展情況,制定、落地年度/季度/月度等教育培訓(xùn)計(jì)劃;
2. 負(fù)責(zé)設(shè)計(jì)、落地培訓(xùn)項(xiàng)目和教育培訓(xùn)活動(dòng),確保會(huì)員更新率及銷售達(dá)成率;
3. 負(fù)責(zé)本區(qū)域內(nèi)課程開發(fā)與設(shè)計(jì),包括但不限于新零售、產(chǎn)品介紹、技能傳授等;
4. 負(fù)責(zé)管理本區(qū)域內(nèi)課程講授;
5. 完成領(lǐng)導(dǎo)交代的其他事項(xiàng)。
任職資格:
1. 本科及以上學(xué)歷,專業(yè)不限;
2. 精通英語、阿拉伯語、西班牙語、法語、印尼語、泰語、越南語、緬甸語、烏爾都語、孟加拉語、印地語等任何一種語言,中文流利溝通;
3. 擁有工作激情,能夠不斷學(xué)習(xí)成長(zhǎng);
4. 用戶思維,以用戶為中心,較高的服務(wù)意識(shí);
5. 能夠適應(yīng)公司內(nèi)部和外部的變化,擁抱變化。
注意:在中國(guó)天津總部培訓(xùn)學(xué)習(xí)3-6個(gè)月,后期,根據(jù)個(gè)人意愿和業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展需要前往海外分公司任職
Job responsibilities:
1. Formulated and implemented annual/quarterly/monthly education and training plans according to business development;
2. Responsible for the design, landing training programs and education training activities to ensure the membership renewal rate and sales achievement rate;
3. Responsible for course development and design in the region, including but not limited to new retail, product introduction, skill teaching, etc.;
4. Responsible for managing the teaching of courses in the region;
5. Complete other tasks assigned by the leader.
Job requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, major is not limited;
2. Proficient in English, Arabic, Spanish, French, Indonesian, Thai and other languages, fluent communication in Chinese;
3. Have a passion for work, can continue to learn and grow;
4. User thinking, user-centered, high sense of service;
5. Be able to adapt to changes both inside and outside the company and embrace change.
PS:3-6 months of training at the headquarters in Tianjin, China. Later, I will go to overseas branches according to my personal wishes and business development needs
