● Cooperate with the local MacGregor service network
● Comply with all relevant safety and quality requirements
● Follow all site safety rules, agreed working practices and environmental requirements
● Recognize service and spares sales opportunities and communicate that to the relevant persons
● Support sales activities such as follow-up on leads and quotes while at site, as agreed with sales responsible.
● Coach/tutor junior colleagues and trainees as necessary
● Awareness of the profitability in the department.
● Job management of the subcontractors.
Education:
● Technical education or college level or similar relevant experience
Experience:
● 5 years in Automation industries
● Familiar with cabling, terminations
● Familiar with VFD, ABB ACS800/880, Dafoss-Vacon
● Familiar with PLC programme & VFD, Siemens step 200,step 7, TIA Portal V13, ABB ACS800/880, Xsoft_CoDeSys,
● Competencies of trouble shooting general contact/relay/sensor problem
