Job Responsibilities:
1. Importing and Exporting customs clearance 進口報關(guān)和出口清關(guān)
(1) Coordinate with Liebherr factories in Europe for shipping schedule.

(2) Prepare entry customs documents, such as application for telex release and authorization paper, etc., for the designated customs broker to obtain bill of lading.

(3) Maintain the itrade system to make the invoice/packing list and other required document according to Import & Export Tariff Guidebook, coordinate customs clearance.

(4) Handle customs duty tariff online and prepare paperwork.
網(wǎng)上關(guān)稅支付和付款申請。
(5) Deal with the customs inspection if needed.
如需要配合海關(guān)進行進關(guān)查驗的工作。
(6) Inform warehouse to receive the goods.
通知倉庫準備收貨。
(7) Operate inspection and quarantine process according to the request of CIQ and settle the related expenses.
配合進行商檢并且處理相關(guān)商檢費用事宜。
(8) Contact with forwarder and warehouse to pick up.
聯(lián)系貨代及倉庫協(xié)調(diào)提貨。
2. Reporting maintenance and development
(1) Maintain and develop the report according the business request, such as import and export analyze, logistics and service provider performance evaluation.
根據(jù)業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展需要，維護和開發(fā)相關(guān)報表，如進出口數(shù)據(jù)分析、物流、服務(wù)商表現(xiàn)評估等。
(2) Research and analyze the report and find the problems.
研究、分析并找出問題點。
(3) To find the feasible solutions to the problem and report to the manager.
針對問題點，找尋多種可行的解決方案并填給部門經(jīng)理。
6. Others
(1) Focus and control the logistics cost.
關(guān)注并控制物流成本。
(2) Maintain the monthly inventory report.
維護月度的庫存分析報表。
(3) Focus and report the daily non-conformity and non-compliant issue.關(guān)注并匯報日常的非合規(guī)事宜并及時報告部門經(jīng)理。
(4) Support the AEO maintenance issue.
協(xié)助AEO日常維護事宜。
(5) Monthly bill checking and payment application.
月度供應(yīng)商對賬和費用申請。
