Description:
To own, monitor + drive all sales activities of customers within your control, ensuring prospects are identified, qualified and nurtured through the sales pipeline so as to close profitable and sustainable customer deals.
To align your sales efforts with CCL Managers, Pricing and Sea Logistics Business Development teams, including pricing decisions.
To monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing + products.
To report customer feedback to the CCL team, supporting resolutions as required.
To align with CCL colleagues when onboarding new customers.
To maintain + update the most relevant customer information in internal systems.
To regularly review customer portfolios with the CCL Managers and team.
To focus on customer engagement, satisfaction, retention + reactivation through high levels of service quality in close collaboration with the CCL.
Qualifications:
To be considered, you should have at least 2 to 5 years of experience in freight forwarding or logistics, and prior B2B sales exposure.
You possess a positive attitude, strong influencing skills, and an eye for business opportunities.
You will also demonstrate the ability to multi-task and follow through on commitments made to the customer. Effective communication abilities in English and Mandarin is essential to the success of this role.

3. 能夠以專業(yè)全面的物流知識,熱情大方的工作態(tài)度面對客戶, 與客戶的高層領(lǐng)導(dǎo)和基層員工維護良好的關(guān)系。
4. 收集市場信息并與管理層充分交流,維護現(xiàn)有業(yè)務(wù)并開拓新的業(yè)務(wù)領(lǐng)域。
任職資格:
1. 大專及以上學(xué)歷,良好的英文聽說讀寫能力。
2. 至少2年以上貨運代理/物流以及B2B銷售經(jīng)驗。
3. 良好的抗壓力,敏銳的商業(yè)洞察力,良好的客戶溝通意識。
4. 樂于挑戰(zhàn),善于學(xué)習(xí),上進心強。
