崗位職責(zé):
工作目的
To provide professional and effective leadership to coordinate electrical engineering throughout whole project phases to ensure HSE, Quality, Schedule and Cost for CSPC MOCs.
工作維度
Internally, this position will work with project engineer, PDL team, electrical engineer in ES, plant engineers, IT engineers, etc. Externally, engineering designers from contractor, Vendor, other big project team design contractor, etc.
工作職責(zé)
1. Ensure compliance to HSE standards and requirements to make the plant a safe place to work in. Must be able to independently perform electrical design deliverables including Layout drawings, specifications, typical detail drawings, electrical schedules, electrical diagrams to enable procurement, supply, fabrication, installation and construction to take place; Must be able to prepare electrical design deliverables including large motor starting, short circuit, voltage drop and lighting calculation.
2. Responsible to delivery electrical design to meet project requirement in HSE, schedule, cost, and quality, work with design contractor to deliver instrument design include FSR, BDEP, DDEP, as-built in compliance with local law, code, standard, and CSPC in-house requirements.
3. Supervise and support in house electrical design contractor, assess their performance and lead them to achieve best possible results against agreed standards.
4. Perform technical authority Level 3 role to review electric deliverables including drawing, vendor technical document, as build etc. Familiar with specifying switchgear, motors, transformers, cables, UPS and have sufficient knowledge to support purchase this equipment and review the documentation.
5. To assist and contribute in setting up proper procedure for project electrical design engineering as per required.
6. Provide electrical engineering or design support for big projects, plant and other assigned requirement.
7. Provide the update information of V-net, NSAP and EDMS for plant change projects. Strong responsibility, good teamwork spirit, and ability to meet demanding schedules.
任職要求:
1. Educational background: University degree in electrical engineering.
2. Work experience:
? Minimum 8 years working experiences in electrical engineering design.
? Experience in petrochemical engineering design institute or experience in a petrochemical plant.
3. Language proficiency: Have ability to use English as the working language.
4. PC skills:
? Proficient in PC skills.
? Good experience and skills with engineering design software, such as AutoCAD,E-TAP, etc.

CNOOC and Shell Petrochemicals Co., Ltd.(中海殼牌)
CNOOC and Shell Petrochemicals Company(CSPC) Limited has been established as a Chinese Foreign Equity Joint Venture Company on 28 December 2000. It has built and now operates a USD4.1 billion world-scale petrochemicals complex in Daya Bay, Huizhou, Guangdong. It is one of the largest capital investments for a Sino-foreign joint venture project to date in the People’s Republic of China. In 2016 agreement was reached between the partners to expand CSPC more than doubling the production capacity with the addition of a 1.2 Million Ton/Year Ethylene per year creating an additional 4.0 Million Tons/Year of petrochemical products(C2).The partners are Shell Nanhai B.V., a member of the Royal Dutch Shell, with a 50 per cent stake, and CNOOC Petrochemicals Investment Company Limited(CPIL), also with 50 per cent. CPIL is owned by China National Offshore Oil Corporation(CNOOC)(90%) and Guangdong Guangye Investment Group Company Limited(10%).The CSPC petrochemicals complex incorporates the world’s most advanced technologies and utilizes modern management systems and international standards in the design, construction and operation of the complex. Its adoption of 13 patents through international bidding ensures it operates on the cutting edge of technology. The majority of its process units are world-scale. Additionally CSPC applies the principles of sustainable development throughout the design, construction and operation of the complex, demonstrating its strong commitment to the community and the environment.
