2、重點(diǎn)對接海外制造團(tuán)隊(duì)的人力資源相關(guān)工作內(nèi)容。
3、負(fù)責(zé)與海外勞務(wù)公司及人力資源工資的對接工作。
4、支持人力資源團(tuán)隊(duì)維護(hù)和更新人力資源數(shù)據(jù)庫和記錄。
5、執(zhí)行其他分配的人力資源相關(guān)任務(wù)和項(xiàng)目,包括培訓(xùn)等。

Key Responsibilities:
1、Assist in coordinating and executing recruitment activities for the Management Trainee program.
2、Focus on HR-related work in coordination with overseas manufacturing teams.
3、Work with overseas labor companies and HR salary-related tasks.
Support the HR team in maintaining and updating HR databases and records.
4、Participate in the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing welcome packages and orientation materials.
5、Execute other HR-related tasks and projects as assigned.
Position Requirements:
1、Foreign students currently enrolled in a relevant degree program.
Excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese; proficiency in Chinese is a plus.
2、A proactive attitude, willing to understand HR practices in an international context.
3、Ability to work in a multicultural environment and with a diverse group of colleagues.
4、Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
5、Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR information systems.
6、Ability to adapt to business trips and overseas work arrangements.
Professional Requirements:
Knowledge in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
Understanding of recruitment processes and HR policies.
Experience in event coordination or training facilitation is a plus.
Interest and enthusiasm for international human resources management.
