In this role you'll make an impact by:

• Work on PoC of baking innovative ideas, support the baking innovation pipeline filling
• Execute and/or drive selected baking innovation projects in early stage, design and plan experiment plan and guide the lab people on the implementation
• Support the projects commercialization via close collaboration with ITM/ITS
• Keep close communication with global stakeholders, undertake relevant project investigation or technology development tasks in China

To succeed you must hold:

• Science degree, preferably master or PhD in food science, food processing, agriculture product processing or adjacent fields.
• At least 3 years in F&B technical team, preferably with baking experiences.
