汽車研發(fā)項目
- Take responsibility for China specific content for all BBAC MB products , to run the global and local change management meetings in cooperation with Germany and China carline project leaders and change managers ,
- Coordinate and track all China specific changes , follow up with project leader ,engineers and cross function colleagues together for pushing for the progress until whole data release process finished
- Take responsibility for verifying , coordinating and aligning all queries with various internal/external departments (including German development) to ensure an accurate and efficient Change Management
- Maintain as well as verify all incoming new MB carlines of BBAC in the Change Management Database, based on defined milestones from project side.
- Take responsibility for process clarification /status reporting to project , management level and also prepration and supporting for yearly Audit.
- Work together with cross-functional departments like RD Engineer, PM, cost planning, purchasing, safety, homologation ect. to set up project milestones as well as coordinate activities in specific meetings, feedback and track issues
- University degree in in mechanical, automotive or business administration
- Graduates with first experience in automotive industry (e.g. internships) as well as applicants with minimum 2-3 years work experience at OEMs or suppliers
· Chinese native speaker with fluent English language skills, German language beneficial
· Computer skills mandatory, including Windows, Excel & PPT
· Self-responsible working attitude and initiative
· Intercultural competence and communication skills with various hierarchy levels
· Strong planning and organizational skills
