PRINCIPLE DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Main focus of developing Project cargo and OOG business
2. Regularly visit customers (face-to-face) to establish/maintain customer relationships and develop new customers;
3. Negotiation, drafting quotation and converting them to actual business.
4. Assist customer service staff in handling all situations and resolving customer issues;
5. Optimize the customer/merchandise mix to improve performance;
6. Handle customer accounts receivable in accordance with company regulations and deadlines;
WORK EXPERIENCE & ABILITIES REQUIRED:
1. College degree or above (Logistics, Business Administration or related field) , 3-5 years of freight related sales experience preferred;
2. Good knowledge of shipping and freight forwarding;
3. CET-4 or above and good experience in using relevant IT office applications;
4. Good self-confidence, presentable appearance and clear presentation/demonstration skills
5. Good negotiation skills, flexibility and a winning attitude, strong customer orientation.
