Roles and Responsibilities:

1.Size the availability of materials and production capacity so as to develop an aggressive but achievable schedule to meet customer’s requirement;

2.Develop capabilities by accepting and resolving any extra projects;

3.Drive production’s EOL procedure in a timely fashion in order to minimize materials exposure;

4.Maintain the accuracy of Bill of Materials in the system.

General Requirements:

5.Associates Degree, or Diploma with at least 3 yr experience in production planning, customer service or project management;

6.Be familiar with SAP/ERP/MRP system and good command of verbal and written English.

7.Strong verbal and written communication and analytical skills. Attention to detail and ability to work well with teams;

需求計(jì)劃員

1.同客戶進(jìn)行關(guān)于訂單、預(yù)測和交付承諾等溝通。處理客戶交貨相關(guān)事宜。

2.結(jié)合相關(guān)客戶需求制定出貨計(jì)劃。

3.將需求計(jì)劃定期提交審批并更新到系統(tǒng)中。

4.跟蹤并安排每日的出貨。

5.關(guān)注并嚴(yán)格執(zhí)行計(jì)劃部相關(guān)指標(biāo)，針對出現(xiàn)的異常及時提供并需求解決。

6.完成領(lǐng)導(dǎo)分配的其它任務(wù)。

能力(技能/知識要求)

1.對SAP流程以及計(jì)劃/采購等相關(guān)流程熟悉。

2.精通Office應(yīng)用軟件，特別是Excel

3.熟悉SAP系統(tǒng)環(huán)境。

4.有良好的溝通協(xié)調(diào)能力。

5.英語讀寫流利。
