主要職責(zé)和任務(wù) Main Responsibilities and Tasks
1.為銷售團(tuán)隊(duì)和銷售渠道開(kāi)發(fā)新的應(yīng)用/解決方案Enable sales team and sales
channel to develop new applications/ solutions
2.管理支持關(guān)鍵行業(yè)的項(xiàng)目Managing support projects
for key industry segment
3.為專有客戶提供一體化解決方案Processing of
appropriate solution support packages for dedicated customers
4.收集市場(chǎng)/客戶反饋,并將其納入產(chǎn)品定義Collect
market/customer feedback and deliver this into the product definition
5.在新產(chǎn)品開(kāi)發(fā)過(guò)程中與產(chǎn)品經(jīng)理和研發(fā)部門密切合作Close
cooperation with PM and R&D during the development of new product
6.解決問(wèn)題確定應(yīng)用問(wèn)題的根本原因Trouble shooting to
identify the root cause of application problems
7.處理客戶請(qǐng)求,確定解決方案或方法,如有必要,還可進(jìn)行內(nèi)部上報(bào)Processing
customer request, identify solutions or workarounds and, if needed, internal
escalation
8.協(xié)調(diào)與客戶/經(jīng)銷商的技術(shù)溝通Coordinate technical
communication with customer/distributor
9.向客戶提供技術(shù)演示和售前支持Technical presentations
and pre-sales support at the customer
基本要求 Basic Requirements
相關(guān)技術(shù)專業(yè)的學(xué)士學(xué)位(電氣工程,電氣自動(dòng)化,通信工程等)Bachelor degree in technical field (preferred electrical
engineering, electrical automation, communications engineering and etc.,)
流利的英語(yǔ)書寫及口語(yǔ)能力
Fluent in written and spoken English
8年以上管理高科技產(chǎn)品的經(jīng)驗(yàn)
8+ years managing high technology products,
8年以上直接銷售團(tuán)隊(duì)合作經(jīng)驗(yàn)
8+ years direct working experience with/within sales team in
commercial environment
有能力清楚描述市場(chǎng)產(chǎn)品需求
Ability to write clear market product requirements
出差頻率大于60%
Travel frequency more than 60%
