主要職責(zé)/Main Responsibilities
向公司所客戶及全體銷售提供產(chǎn)品信息（PL20 & PL70）及售前和必要的售后支持Providing products information(PL20 & PL70), pre-sales and necessary after-sales technical support to all customers and sale force.

主要任務(wù)/Main Tasks
· 向銷售提供客戶拜訪及展會(huì)的售前和必要的售后支持Providing products information, pre-sales and necessary after-sales technical support to sales force by support at customer visits, exhibitions
· 向市場(chǎng)部提供產(chǎn)品信息，新產(chǎn)品引入，數(shù)據(jù)單翻譯，資料審核Provide product information to Marketing Department, new product introduction, data translation, data review
· 負(fù)責(zé)公司新產(chǎn)品的介紹及推廣Responsible for the company's new product introduction and promotion
· 參加研討會(huì)及展會(huì)，演講，推廣產(chǎn)品Attend seminars and exhibitions, lectures, promote products
· 負(fù)責(zé)新員工的入職培訓(xùn)及銷售人員的定期培訓(xùn)Responsible for new employee orientation and sales staff training on a regular basis
· 陪同客戶參觀工廠并給予產(chǎn)品及工廠介紹 Accompany clients to visit the factory and give the product and factory introduction
· 市場(chǎng)調(diào)研,收集競(jìng)爭(zhēng)對(duì)手及產(chǎn)品應(yīng)用行業(yè)信息 Market research, collect the competitor's information and product application industry information
· 創(chuàng)建市場(chǎng)戰(zhàn)略計(jì)劃Create strategic marketing plans
· 準(zhǔn)備并處理各種詢價(jià),并協(xié)助銷售人員向公司上級(jí)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)或總部申請(qǐng)?zhí)厥猱a(chǎn)品價(jià)格 Prepare and manage inquiry，and assist sales to company and head office to apply for special prices
· 處理往來(lái)郵件 Handle incoming mails
· 維護(hù)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù) Maintain databases
· 口頭及書面回復(fù)詢問，提供相關(guān)信息 Communicate verbally and in writing to answer inquiries and provide information
