工作職責(zé)：
1.Study customer drawing, specification to fully understand customer needs.

主導(dǎo)線束組裝標(biāo)準(zhǔn)設(shè)備選型和非標(biāo)設(shè)備設(shè)計(jì)評(píng)審，推動(dòng)實(shí)施工藝流程和設(shè)備改善方案
4. Provide problem solving solution during sample making phase related process & equipment.
在樣品制作階段提供相關(guān)工藝和設(shè)備的問題解決方案
5. Driving the process realization and process performance (e.g. C/T, Yield, OEE) to meet target.
推動(dòng)工藝實(shí)現(xiàn)和制程指標(biāo)達(dá)成（例如: C/T, Yield, OEE）
6. Lead the establishment of MES system, including site setup/system debugging/acceptance

7.Establish and maintain BOM list/assembly labour-hour in internal ERP system

8.Finish process development related documentation, promote machine & process release to mass production.

任職要求：
College or BS degree in related mechanical or electronically Science/Engineering
大專以上學(xué)歷，機(jī)械或電子專業(yè)。
3+ years’ working experience as engineer in multinational manufacturing companies.
3年以上外企工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
3+years cable assembly or connector related working experience.
3年及以上線束或連接器工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
Have good English speak/read skill. 具有良好的英語(yǔ)讀說能力
Be familiar with CAD, SolidWorks or Pro/E software 熟悉CAD, SolidWorks 或Pro/E繪圖軟件
Familiar with fixture concept design. 熟悉治工具設(shè)計(jì)
Familiar with ERP system 熟悉ERP系統(tǒng)流程
Familiar with harness production Process flow and PFMEA熟悉線束裝配生產(chǎn)工藝流程和PFMEA
Familiar with TS16949/ GB 16151-2008 and other system standards熟悉TS16949/ GB 16151-2008等體系要求
Familiar with CC/SC definition and application 熟悉CC/SC的定義和應(yīng)用
Familiar with basic requirement for error-proofing and fool-proofing熟悉防呆防錯(cuò)的基本要求
