Duties and Responsibilities:
? Develop and implement the bank’s overall marketing strategy and efforts to enhance corporate branding.
? Manage all aspects of marketing planning, budgeting, metrics and reporting including meeting with each business line to ensure marketing plans are in lockstep with growth and profitability goals.
? Create marketing plans (sales documents, product videos, website copies, blog posts) to promote banking products through content creation and use of marketing resources.
? Understand competitor creative positioning to develop a creative positioning that is differentiated and more attractive than competitors.
? Lead Chinese market research related to marketing plans, track industry dynamics, summarize market research data and form conclusions or reports.
? Post implementation, review results from data, frontline and client feedback to understand effectiveness and future enhancement opportunity.
? Track and analyze campaign performance based on target segment and Chinese market, adjusting strategies as needed to meet KPIs and ROI goals.

? 5年以上市場營銷工作經(jīng)驗,在命題設(shè)計、洞察、數(shù)字和營銷策略方面有較強(qiáng)的能力和經(jīng)驗。

? 市場營銷或相關(guān)專業(yè)本科以上學(xué)歷。

Qualifications:
? Around 5 years of experience in Marketing area, strong competency and experience in proposition design, insights, digital and marketing strategy.
? Good understanding of the financial industry and Chinese consumer behavior, abilities to be customer-focused; results-oriented; ability to deliver within deadlines.
? Exceptional marketing planning and execution skills; ability to translate business strategy into go to-market plans.
? Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing or in relevant majors.
? Communication Skills: Effective communication, both written and verbal, the ability to work effectively across internal and external organizations.
? Team Working Skills: Proven experience working on complex, international, time critical projects across different teams.
? Analytical Skills: Deep understanding of target audience client needs, pain points, objections in order to have sufficient insight to create meaningful impact creative direction.
? Industry insight: Understanding the business models of financial industry including Banking and international business.
? Excellent communication skills in Mandarin and English are a must. IELTS 6 or above is preferred.
