Sr. Sp. Canteen Management

Tasks
To ensure the proper implementation of canteen management, in accordance with the standard for food safety, hygiene and health.
Key Responsibilities
· Manage and supervise canteen supplier to provide the good catering service, including catering and service quality
· Strictly implement HACCP/ISO22000 management system to ensure food safety and hygiene, to avoid food poisoning incidents
· Familiar with the cost accounting, randomly check the food quality and proportion of raw material in accordance with the contract
· Active and effective communication with the interface of each production workshop to ensure the food supply
· Research and investigate customer requirements, targeted development and improvement of catering services
· Follow BMW's food safety management standards to ensure that there are no major findings during the annual on-site audit
· Ensure canteen’s facilities and equipment are in good condition and safe operation standard
· Ensure the benign and transparent communication between supplier and associates
· Responsible for canteen energy management/target setting/monitoring/communication/actions in alignment with Environment Dept. & FM
Qualifications
· University degree / Degree in Business Administration or HR related majors
· Knowledge of administration or canteen management procedure
· Knowledge of HACCP/ISO22000 management system
· Proficiency with supplier management and evaluation
· Skills with complex communication and problem solving
· Competency of budget plan and control
· Proficient English, German optional
· Background in administration management 1-3 Years
· Experience with food safety & hygiene management system 1-3 Years
· Several years experience in international company administration position 1-3 Years
