任務(wù)：

負(fù)責(zé)底盤模塊，本地化系統(tǒng)與部件的開發(fā)與設(shè)計(jì)。

核心職責(zé)：

1. 根據(jù)規(guī)格要求，開發(fā)與整車架構(gòu)相協(xié)調(diào)的本地化系統(tǒng)和部件。
2. 與流程鏈伙伴和BMW緊密協(xié)作。
3. 協(xié)調(diào)開發(fā)范圍，達(dá)成項(xiàng)目所有目標(biāo)（質(zhì)量、成本、資源、進(jìn)度）。
4. 評(píng)估本地部件與規(guī)格需求的一致性。
5. 負(fù)責(zé)與整車架構(gòu)的虛擬匹配。
6. 管理本地供應(yīng)商實(shí)現(xiàn)目標(biāo)，通過定期會(huì)議推動(dòng)決策，持續(xù)改進(jìn)產(chǎn)品和流程。
7. 引導(dǎo)變更管理流程。

任職資格：

1. 英語可以溝通。
2. 供應(yīng)商管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
3. 良好的溝通能力。
4. 主動(dòng)性與自我驅(qū)動(dòng)力。
5. 良好的決策與組織能力。

9. 有底盤系統(tǒng)及部件開發(fā)、硬件測試和生產(chǎn)流程經(jīng)驗(yàn)，尤其關(guān)注輪胎/輪轂/轉(zhuǎn)向。
10. 供應(yīng)商管理與問題解決能力。
11. 精通CAD產(chǎn)品數(shù)據(jù)管理，CATIA V5軟件。

Tasks

Development and design for localized systems and components.

Key Responsibilities

· Development of localized systems and components in terms of required function, coherence with entire vehicle architecture according to specification.

· Intensive agreement with the process chain partner and BMW centers of competence.

· Coordination of development scope to achieve all agreed project targets (especially quality, cost, resource and schedule)

· Assessment of local components in terms of coherence with specification demands.

· In charge of virtual hedging matching with complete vehicle architecture

· Local supplier Managing in terms of target achievement. Management via regular leaded meetings. VCR and personal meetings.

· Pushing decisions for continuous product- and process improvement.

· Steering change management process.
