職責

為了驗證和測試未來的自動駕駛系統(tǒng)，需要對改裝車輛進行調試，并裝備測量裝置。在中國各地進行數(shù)據(jù)采集時，需要每天遠程檢查記錄的數(shù)據(jù)質量。

此外，車輛需維持在最新研發(fā)狀態(tài)，因此需要定期進行軟件更新、零部件更換和調試。

關鍵職責

· 支持高級駕駛輔助系統(tǒng)（ADAS）驗證，分析ADAS系統(tǒng)故障，驗證解決方案并跟進。準備中國工業(yè)和信息化部審核的有關文件，參與現(xiàn)場審核。

· 支持規(guī)劃和指導項目，確保驗證資源，與相關接口部門進行協(xié)調。

· 按照寶馬集成計劃（I-Steps），在系統(tǒng)測試車輛（SIT）上進行ADAS/AD電子/電氣集成和驗證。

· 根據(jù)ADAS/AD電子/電氣模塊化測試規(guī)范，開發(fā)和維護測試案例，包括在不同平臺（HIL，車輛）上實現(xiàn)和自動化，以及滿足中國國標標準要求。

· 執(zhí)行測試案例，分析結果，報告錯誤，驗證已修復的問題。記錄和分析信號，使用適當?shù)臏y量設備。

· 驗證系統(tǒng)和功能網(wǎng)絡，測試特定的ADAS/AD功能。與功能開發(fā)者密切溝通，解決故障。

· 支持測試和問題管理：計劃現(xiàn)場測試活動，分析和管理ADAS/AD工單，跟蹤工單狀態(tài)，與測試和問題管理者保持密切聯(lián)系。

資質要求

· 汽車工程、電氣/電子、機電一體化、自動化技術、信息技術或相關技術教育背景的工程學士學位。

· 在電氣系統(tǒng)、子系統(tǒng)和組件的測試與驗證，復雜系統(tǒng)集成，測試和測量領域有7-10年的經(jīng)驗。

· 在測試和問題管理方面有7-10年的經(jīng)驗。

· 對dSPACE產(chǎn)品、Matlab/Simulink、Vector產(chǎn)品、ECU測試、VBA、Phyton有4-6年的深入理解。

Tasks

To validate and test future AD systems, retrofitted vehicles need to be commissioned and equipped with measurement setup. During the vehicles collecting data all over China (Endurance Run), the recorded data quality needs remotely to be checked every day. Further the vehicles need to be kept up to the latest development status, thus regulate upflashing, component exchange and commissioning is required.

Key Responsibilities

· Launch support and validation for ADAS related topics, analysis ADAS system failures, solution verification and follow up. Prepare MIIT audit relevant documentation, join Q&A during onsite audit

· Support for planning and steering the project to ensure the resource of the validation, and alignment with relevant interface

· ADAS/AD E/E Integration and validation on system intensive test vehicles (SIT) along the BMW integration planning (I-Steps)

· Development and maintenance and of test cases, based on the ADAS/AD E/E modular test specification, including implementation and automation at different platforms (HIL, vehicle) and GB standards requirements

· Execution of test cases, analyzation of results, report of errors , initialization of counter measures at CoC's and validation of fixed issues. Record and analyses of signal traces including the usage of adequate measurement equipment

· Verification of system and function network and testing of specific ADAS/AD functions. Keep in close contact with function developer for troubleshooting

· Support for test and Problem management: plan the onsite test activity, analyze and steer ADAS/AD tickets, track the tickets status and close contact with test and problem manager

Qualifications

· Degreed Engineer in Automotive Engineering, Electrics/Electronics, Mechatronics, Automation technology, Informatics or similar technical education
