Major Responsibilities ? Driving and delivering our modernization strategy through leveraging expertise across workplace Services. ? Leads solution definition and solution design ? Procure and manage external support contracts ? Negotiate Service Level Agreements with clients. Provide specified levels of service ? Deliver stable systems through the use of predictive growth and maintenance techniques ? Provide operational support on a daily basis ? Track record of identifying business value and shaping a short and longer terms delivery strategy to realize the value. ? Ensure all solutions exhibit high levels of performance, security, scalability, maintainability, and appropriate reusability and reliability upon deployment ? Develop Digital Platform with programe language ? Deliver problem resolution and document problems and status via management tool ? Deliver training courses as required Knowledge / Skills /Competences ? Strong knowledge of Enterprise Windows and Mac IOs solutions and related new technology ? Strong knowledge of Enterprise Mobile device management solution and related software like SCCM, Intune, Ws1,etc ? Strong knowledge workplace solution VDI, DIVA, Xenapp, etc. ? English fluently ? Ability of communication, collaboration and leading in team ? Ability to quickly learn, understands, and works with new emerging technologies, methodologies and solutions ? Ability to engage in senior business leader’s discussions related to business value, agility and end to end business scenarios ? Experience managing small teams and budgets ? Experience in engineering and project implementation ? Leadership and planning skills ? Strong project management skills ? Proficient in Office 365 suit, such as teams list power BI, etc. ? Strong knowledge of ITIL ? Experience in programing is a plus, such as .Net, JAVA, etc.
