ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: 1. Develop and implement Rogers Safety Management System in assigned BU. Attend assigned BU daily & relative meetings and take accountable for assigned tasks. 2. Collect safety relative data (such as hazard report etc.) and make analysis report for management use; Maintain EHS bulletin board and share safety knowledge with people actively. 3. Develop and deliver the necessary safety training for campus, verify the effectiveness, conduct & promote the safety Q&A, and other safety activities. 4. Maintain understanding of existing and upcoming EH&S regulations and deliver the key message to assigned BU management team, support to run the safety committee. 5. Attend department activities, share knowledge and skill with peers. Complete monthly report and assigned department affairs. Lead team to succeed. 6. Develop and maintain the compliance of safety, such as EAP, safety standardization and occupational disease hazard management, hold necessary drill and follow the findings; Lead the incident investigation and provide technical support on root cause analysis and corrective actions, track the close status. 7. Other duties as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS: 1. Bachelor degree or above in Safety Engineering, Environmental Engineering, chemical safety management or related 2. 3+ years’ experience in EHS area. 3. Prefer to previously experience in multinational company, experience in manufacturing firm will be a plus, Knowledge about EH&S regulations and local governmental requirements, Environmental Protection, Safety and Facility etc. 4. Good English on written and spoken. 5. National Certified Safety Engineer and ISO 14001 certified auditor are preferred.
