Provide technical support and on-site service for gas meter and related products business. 為氣表及相關(guān)產(chǎn)品業(yè)務(wù)提供技術(shù)支持及現(xiàn)場(chǎng)服務(wù)

Key Responsibilities崗位職責(zé)：

1. Complete the parameter list confirmation, customer use, calibration and maintenance training of the company's products in the responsible area。完成所負(fù)責(zé)區(qū)域公司產(chǎn)品的參數(shù)表確認(rèn)、客戶使用，校驗(yàn)和維護(hù)培訓(xùn)等工作

2. Complete the on-site installation and commissioning and successfully pass customer’s acceptance, on-site fault diagnosis and treatment of the company's products in the responsible area.完成所負(fù)責(zé)區(qū)域公司產(chǎn)品的現(xiàn)場(chǎng)安裝調(diào)試并通過(guò)客戶的驗(yàn)收、現(xiàn)場(chǎng)故障診斷及處理等工作，

3. Collect and understand the feedback of customers in the responsible area on the use of our products, special needs of customers and other related information.收集并了解所負(fù)責(zé)區(qū)域的客戶對(duì)我司產(chǎn)品的使用反饋、客戶特殊需求等相關(guān)信息.

4. Cooperate with sales staff to provide quality service to customers配合銷售人員為客戶提供優(yōu)質(zhì)服務(wù)。

5. Performs other duties or responsibilities as assigned or required. 完成被指派或要求的其他職責(zé)。

Job Certification任職要求：

1. Bachelor's Degree of acoustics or electronics related preferred 本科聲學(xué)或電子類（弱電）相關(guān)專業(yè)

2. Fluent in Mandarin or English communication (written & verbal) preferred流利的中英文溝通優(yōu)先

3. Microsoft Office proficiency 熟悉掌握辦公軟件

4. Familiar with computer and related communication interfaces (RS232, RS485, wireless)熟悉計(jì)算機(jī)及相關(guān)通訊接口（RS232、RS485、無(wú)線）

5. Understand analog and digital circuit diagrams能理解模擬及數(shù)字電路圖

6. Understand the principle of ultrasonic measurement了解超聲波計(jì)量原理

7. Basic knowledge of fluid mechanics具備流體力學(xué)基本知識(shí)

8. Willing to travel around 70% 愿意從事高頻率出差工作（如一次出差半個(gè)月）
