職位描述Responsibility
1. 擔任產品技術轉移項目轉入方的經理，協(xié)助總部項目經理協(xié)調本地的項目管理。Act as the manager of the receiving unit of the product technology transfer project. Assist the global project manager in coordinating the local project management.
2. 負責項目計劃和關鍵里程碑的制定，確保按計劃完成各項工作。Be responsible for the definition of project plan and key milestones to ensure all activities are completed according to plan.
3. 負責項目預算的制定和控制。Be responsible to make and control the project budget.
4. 管理產品技術轉移項目本地工作組，協(xié)調資源推動各工作組按計劃完成項目里程碑。Manage local workstreams of the product technology transfer project and coordinate resources to drive the workstreams to complete the project milestones according to the plan.
5. 負責產品技術轉移項目的變更，監(jiān)督變更行動的執(zhí)行。Be responsible for the change of product technology transfer, supervise the execution of all action plans.
6. 識別產品技術轉移行動中的風險，采取有效的行動降低風險。Identify risks in product technology transfer and take effective action to mitigate the risks.

任職要求Qualification
1. 教育程度和經驗Education and experience：
-制藥或相關專業(yè)大學以上學歷University degree or above in pharmaceutical or related field
-3年以上產品技術轉移項目經理經歷Three years or above experience as project manager carry out product technology transfer
-有良好的英語聽、說、讀、寫的能力Good listening, speaking, reading and writing skills in English
2. 溝通能力Communicate skill：
具備良好的溝通、表達能力；能與各利益相關方保持良好的關系Good communication and presentation skills; able to maintain good relationship with various stakeholders.
