To ensure the "crisis management"
policies and procedures created by Ascott Limited Engineering division are
fully implemented and be improved and combined with the actual situation of the
property.
確保雅詩閣集團(tuán)所制定的工程部及《危機(jī)管理》的政策及程序完全落實(shí)并結(jié)合本物業(yè)的實(shí)際情況進(jìn)行必要的補(bǔ)充及完善。

To establish and improve the sound engineering
equipment running and operating procedures, to arrange for the regular
maintenance of the various types of work, to ensure the normal operation of the
equipment for the entire work.
建立健全工程設(shè)備的運(yùn)行和操作程序,合理安排各工種的定期保養(yǎng)維修,確保整個工作設(shè)備的正常運(yùn)行。

Organize and implement for the equipment
renovation projects, focusing on maintenance programs, purchasing plans for the
spare parts.
組織并實(shí)施制定設(shè)備更新、改造工程計(jì)劃,重點(diǎn)大維修保養(yǎng)計(jì)劃、備件購進(jìn)計(jì)劃。

Management and control of the project's
progress, quality and cost.
管理控制公司各工程項(xiàng)目的進(jìn)展、質(zhì)量、成本。

Handle the Sudden failure of the equipment to
ensure that the equipment is back to normal operation in a timely manner.
組織處理設(shè)備的突發(fā)性故障,確保設(shè)備及時恢復(fù)正常運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)。
·
To maintain effective communication with supervisors
and various departments to ensure timely and accurate information to be delivered.
與上級領(lǐng)導(dǎo),各部門保持有效的溝通,確保信息及時準(zhǔn)確的得以傳達(dá)。

Lead and manage the project team, validation
the subsidiaries’ work plan, co-ordinate the organization of work, to check the
implementation of the working schedule.
領(lǐng)導(dǎo)管理工程團(tuán)隊(duì),審定下屬班組工作計(jì)劃,統(tǒng)籌安排工作,檢查執(zhí)行情況。

Regularly provide training to the staff of department.
定期給部門員工進(jìn)行各相關(guān)知識培訓(xùn)。

In compliance with the Ascott Group's
Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) guidelines and policies, pay attention to
energy conservation and the safe operation in daily work.
遵守集團(tuán)的環(huán)境健康安全方針政策,日常工作中注意節(jié)能和安全操作。

Any other tasks assigned by the supervisors.
領(lǐng)導(dǎo)交辦的其他工作。
Requirements
資質(zhì)要求
·
Have college degree and above with good English
reading ability, more than 5 years’ relevant working experience;
大專以上學(xué)歷,有較好的英語閱讀能力,五年以上相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn);

Good team organization skills and interpersonal
communication skills, be able to communicate effectively with the company's
internal and external departments;
良好的團(tuán)隊(duì)組織能力和人際溝通技能,能夠和公司內(nèi)部和外部的部門進(jìn)行有效的溝通;
·
Excellent leadership and management skills with
good business sense;
出眾的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)管理才能和良好的商業(yè)理念;
·
Have strong teamwork spirit, organization and
planning skills and good communication skills;
具有很強(qiáng)的團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)作精神、組織及策劃能力和良好的溝通技巧;
·
Not colour-blind;
非色盲;
·
Be able to work under pressure.
