Responsible for the jurisdiction of the
property of human resources functions, including human resources planning,
recruitment, performance management, succession planning, training and
development, employee relations and daily management of human resources, and so
on.
負責所管轄物業(yè)內的人力資源功能,包括人力資源規(guī)劃、招聘、績效管理、繼任計劃、培訓及發(fā)展、員工關系及每日人力資源管理工作等等。
Major Responsibility主要工作職責
·
Cooperation with the management
staff to analyze problems and needs in order to achieve organizational
effectiveness, project management and provide solutions and implement these
solutions.
同管理層人員合作分析問題及需求以達到組織的有效性,并提供解決方法以及這些解決方法實行的項目管理。

With the property HODs(Header of
Department) to establish a close strategic partnership and provide advice and
suggestion.
與物業(yè)部門經理建立緊密的戰(zhàn)略伙伴關系并提供咨詢及建議。

Ensure the HR department special
projects and work plans are implemented correctly and timely.
確保人力資源部的特別項目及計劃正確并及時地執(zhí)行。

Responsible for / supervise the
day-to-day human resource tasks such as payroll, welfare supervision, human
resources transaction processing services, staffing relations coordination,
etc.
負責/監(jiān)督日常人力資源工作任務,諸如工資發(fā)放、福利監(jiān)管、人力資源事務處理服務和員工關系協(xié)調等。

Responsible for human resources
planning, recruitment, performance management, C&B adjustment and succession
planning, etc.
協(xié)助完成人力資源規(guī)劃、招聘、績效管理、薪資福利調整、繼任計劃等。

Responsible for training and
development.
負責培訓和員工發(fā)展規(guī)劃。

Provide management with the
guidance of the human resources work and develop their people management skills
and knowledge.
為管理層提供人力資源實際工作的指導并發(fā)展他們的人員管理技巧及知識。

In compliance with the Ascott Group's
Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) guidelines and policies, pay attention to
energy conservation and the safe operation in daily work.

Perform other tasks assigned by
management.

Requirements 資質要求
·
More than 3 years relevant HR
experience in hotel / service apartment management;
至少3年以上在酒店/服務公寓行業(yè)人力資源管理者的工作經驗;
·
Familiar with regional pay and
benefits status, and have a good working experience in the recruitment of
strategic management and training management;
熟悉區(qū)域薪資福利狀況,并在招聘策略管理和培訓管理方面有很好的工作經驗;
·
Familiar with the domestic labor
laws;
熟悉國內的勞動法規(guī);
·
Good Chinese and
English communication skills;
良好的中英文溝通能力;
·
Can withstand strong working
pressure.
能承受工作壓力。
