根據(jù)公司業(yè)務(wù)拓展目標與需求，積極與公司定位匹配的合作伙伴進行服務(wù)公寓、長租公寓、養(yǎng)老公寓、商務(wù)酒店等住宿類領(lǐng)域的項目拓展，包括資源開發(fā)、項目評估、業(yè)主關(guān)系維護、商務(wù)談判、和項目的最終落實，拓展模式涵蓋委托管理、特許加盟經(jīng)營、特許管理經(jīng)營等。

主要工作職責

依據(jù)公司業(yè)務(wù)拓展的目標與需求：

-開拓合作資源，梳理和篩選與公司定位匹配的合作方，與之對接并建立關(guān)系。

-與有合作意向的企業(yè)積極推進商務(wù)合作洽談，并針對符合條件的項目出具正確的合作方案與建議，包括需求分析，市場/客戶調(diào)研、品牌定位、財務(wù)測算、合作報價等。

-緊密持久地跟進項目的進展，同時發(fā)展和維護與合作方的關(guān)系，實現(xiàn)項目最終的落地。

-與現(xiàn)有的業(yè)務(wù)合作方維持良好的關(guān)系，協(xié)調(diào)處理合作后續(xù)事項、續(xù)約等事宜。

-協(xié)調(diào)內(nèi)部資源為項目的推進提供高效的支持，促進各部門的緊密合作。

資質(zhì)需求

-房地產(chǎn)、企業(yè)管理、財務(wù)管理或工程類相關(guān)專業(yè)，本科以上學(xué)歷。

-2-5年酒店開發(fā)拓展、房地產(chǎn)開發(fā)拓展或相關(guān)行業(yè)工作經(jīng)驗。

-擁有一定的行業(yè)資源，能夠獨立開發(fā)合作渠道。

-具備良好的溝通與問題解決能力。

-工作認真，敬業(yè)，誠信。

-能承受工作壓力，并能經(jīng)常出差。

BriefIntroduction

To actively conduct business development ofaccommodation projects such as Service Residence, Long Stay Apartments, SeniorLiving, Business Hotels, etc. through sourcing, evaluating, relationshipbuilding, negotiating, and eventual Signing in accordance to Company’s targetand requirements. Business development model includes Management Contracts,Franchise and Manachise.

MajorResponsibility

Inaccordance to Company’s BD target and requirements:

-Actively source for businessdevelopment deals, choose and select compatible partners for collaboration andto establish relationship with them.

-To engage in activediscussion with potential partners on suitable projects and to provide accurateand appropriate cooperation proposal, including conducting market and customerresearch and analysis, brand positioning, financial modeling, contract terms,etc.

-Follow closely andconstantly progress of project, establish strong relationship with partners andto be responsible for eventual signing of contracts.

-To maintain goodrelationship with existing partners and to assist in any collaboration issues,contract renewals, etc.

-Work closely withinternal resources and departments to provide effective and efficient supportto the project and partners.

-Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably majoringin real estate, business, engineering and finance.

-2-5 years working experience inHospitality/Real Estate Business Development and related fields.

-Able to develop and source collaborationchannels and partners and possess a certain amount of related resources.

-Have good communication skills and problem-solvingabilities.

-Have right working attitude, integrity,trust-worthy.

-Able to withstand work pressure and constanttraveling.
