Responsibilities: * Manage and maintain department-wide initiatives and programmes * Foster maintenance and modernization quality assurance * Conduct operational assessment/audit and set standards if needed to achieve corporate business goals * Conduct corresponding training sessions regarding maintenance and modernization quality * Conduct training need analysis to identify wanted skills in mechanics and knowledge gaps together with field key stakeholders * Coordinate apprentice and mechanic training program, examination and promotion * Play an important role in Apprentice Program including training plan, job rotations and On-Job-Training as well as maintaining training records
Requirements: * Sub-degree/ Degree holder in Engineering related disciplines will be an advantage * Knowledge of contemporary training mechanism will be an advantage * Good presentation and inter-personal skills * Open minded and fast learner * Passionate in nurturing trainees with patience care, identify the academic strengths, maturity, needs and career aspiration * Proficient in PowerPoint, MS Word, Excel and Chinese word processing * Proficient in video/animation production is a plus (Adobe Premier Pro/ iMovie) * Good in English and Cantonese - written and spoken * Minimum 4 years of work experience
