汽車線束AutoCAD英語能作為工作語言
Objective of job
? Support in value creation and standardization for products in development and series
? Analyze local supplier market and fulfillment technical/customer requirements
? External und internal technical interface
Principle activities
? Identifying and evaluation of buy parts regarding cost, quality/technical optimizations and environment issues in relation to the valid policies
? Support the finalizing of decisions on intended changes under compliance with relevant requirements (technical specifications, customer approvals, quality requirements, patents, legal requirements)
? Support of the implementation of optimizations in cooperation with the concerned departments, obtaining and preparing information
? Commission/Coordination of processing trials (functional fulfillment, process suitability, Internal costs) ,evaluation of the results and derivation of further measures in cooperation with the needed departments
? Interface in terms of cost optimization measures between purchasing NAFTA/MCO program lead and central component management development TT32
? Cooperation in local strategic supplier nominations, make or buy analyzes and defining of requirements
? Technical interface to the local supplier and local customer offices
? Prepare technical presentations for supplier and customer communication
? Evaluate the DRX used components and analyze the possibilities for local purchase
? Cross-functional technical support
? Technical support in supplier change management
? Creation and evaluation of reports and presentation. Ensure the escalation process in cases of deviations
? Execute complex analyzes in component data base and deduce activities
Job requirements
? Graduation from university with 2 to 3 years of professional experience or knowledge acquired in other ways
? 2-3 years’ working experience
? Experience in automotive business
? Experience automotive components/technical requirements
? Experience production process harness
? good internal and extern communication
? English and /or German language
? Basic technical understanding
