Responsibilities:
1) Expand sales channels;
2) Maintain the existing customer relationship, visit regularly and do a good job in customer service;
3) Strengthen sales management and control sales expenses;
4) Cooperate with and supervise the implementation and management of the project to improve the customer satisfaction rate.
Requirements:
1) At least two years’ experience in sales and marketing, fluent in English listening, speaking and writing;
2) Sales experience in events, exhibitions and activities is preferred;
3) Experience in building sales or architectural design institute is preferred;
4) Sales experience of fixed buildings, steel structures and high-end sunshine houses is preferred.
5) Good adaptability and pressure bearing ability, strong learning ability and communication ability;
6) Like to travel.
