Key responsibilities:
? Achieve profitable growth in Kzmall key account.
? Negotiate with Kzmall key account customers on annual sales agreement and make sure the customers can hit the sales target.
? Help the Kzmall customers with sales data analysis, fully involved in the Kzmall customers’ sub-dealer management.
? Cooperate with product marketing team to launch new NPI in Kzmall sales channel.
? Communicate with logistic team tightly and make sure and the Kzmall customers both in reasonable stock level.
? Visit the Kzmall customers frequently and deliver the customer voice to relevant function team timely.
? Support the Kzmall customers on warranty claim case together with product quality / technical training team.
? Working customer-oriented and cross-functionally with company internal functions to facilitate the sales and customer support.
Ideal candidate experience:
? Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Engineering, or similar field required.
? Minimum 5-year relevant experience in multi-national Automotive components company, familiar with Auto parts AM and key account business.
? Fluent in both Mandarin and English.
? Willing to travel and work under pressure.
? Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint
