We are looking forward to Continuous Improvement Engineer in Eaton’s electrical business, based in Shenzhen, China. This exciting role offers opportunity to:
- Implementation and improvement of Eaton's ECIS and OPA systems.
- Promote and follow up projects such as VSM, RIE, SGA, etc., help solve important problems and save costs in the production process on-site.
- Undertake CI projects, apply CI tools such as 5S, TPM, BPS, etc. to promote on-site management and improvement.
- Promote lean culture.
- Other be assigned work.
Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Above 3 years' CI and related work experience
- Lean, Six Sigma knowledge and Digital.
- English written, good communication.
