to provide all information needed.

Check that the VENDOR’s schedule is consistent with the agreed terms.

Internal expediting of other disciplines which might have to work on technical
deviations, non-conformity reports, workshop expediting reports, quality plan,
welding dossier, etc. or any other incident which might be affecting the
fabrication process.

Expediting activities will include not only communication with the Vendor but mainly the Internal Expediting mentioned above. Especially during the first stages of the orders, this internal expediting is a critical issue to avoid further impacts in the procurement and fabrication activities to be done by the Vendor.

Check and Claim of a copy without prices of the suborders sent by the VENDOR. Follow up and check of the main suborders.
Check that they have been sent in time in order not to interfere with
the fabrication process.

8.
Check whether the Sub-VENDOR has already taken or will take measures to comply with schedules and issue expediting reports.

9.
Examines the order, taking the necessary steps to remove any potential cause that impedes management of the assigned order.

10.
Ask the Vendor for the Manufacturer Data Record (material certificates, testing
certificates, curves, etc.) previously revised and approved by Inspection, in
the number of copies and form required in the purchase order.
