崗位職責(zé)Responsibility：
1.負(fù)責(zé)工廠整體5S目視化工作推進(jìn)及標(biāo)準(zhǔn)制定；be responsible for factory 5s and visual management standardization
2.輔助部門負(fù)責(zé)人列舉精益項(xiàng)目、協(xié)助領(lǐng)導(dǎo)相應(yīng)精益團(tuán)隊(duì)逐步開展精益生產(chǎn)活動(dòng)，為公司生產(chǎn)創(chuàng)建增值活動(dòng)，包括但不限于：Assist the department leader to discuss and list lean activities, lead the corresponding lean team to gradually carry out lean activities, and make add-value activities for the production & company, including but not limited to:
1） 針對特定人群的精益基礎(chǔ)知識培訓(xùn) lean basic knowledge training for fixed group or personal
2） 協(xié)助制作精益可行性年度活動(dòng)計(jì)劃，并按照計(jì)劃推進(jìn)相應(yīng)活動(dòng)，Assist in the preparation of lean feasibility annual activity plan, and implementation the approved corresponding activities
3） VSM分析改進(jìn)活動(dòng)，Value Stream Mapping activities developing
4） 精益生產(chǎn)體系成熟度評價(jià)活動(dòng)，Lean production system maturity evaluation activities
5） 現(xiàn)場產(chǎn)線七大浪費(fèi)識別改進(jìn)活動(dòng)，Seven waste identification and improvement activities for all the production lines
6） 降成本活動(dòng) ，Cost down activities listing and implementation
7） 領(lǐng)導(dǎo)指定的特定改善活動(dòng)，specific improvement activities as specified by leader
8） 參與監(jiān)測、改進(jìn)、完善生產(chǎn)指標(biāo)Participate in monitoring, improving production indicators
9）月度精益活動(dòng)報(bào)告Making monthly lean activities related report
3.所管轄產(chǎn)線的相應(yīng)IE工作；Corresponding IE work of the production line under responsibility
1） 負(fù)責(zé)新產(chǎn)品制造系統(tǒng)的規(guī)劃，根據(jù)客戶要求，評估產(chǎn)能，制定工作臺和試驗(yàn)設(shè)備的采購計(jì)劃及制造；編制生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)場布置圖、生產(chǎn)工藝及其它相關(guān)文件；be responsible for introducing new working bench or equipment \fixture\tooling, establish layout、WI and so on
2） 設(shè)計(jì)或采購批量生產(chǎn)用的工裝工具等；Design or purchase tooling for mass production
3） 組織裝配產(chǎn)品的小批試制；organize the pilot run for new product.
4） 設(shè)計(jì)包裝；package design
5） 生產(chǎn)線過程能力分析, 優(yōu)化并不斷提高過程能力；time balance, optimize process
6） 車間問題及時(shí)處理解決workshop problem solving
7） 裝配過程質(zhì)量問題分析和客戶反饋的質(zhì)量問題分析, 優(yōu)化并不斷提高質(zhì)量水平；enhance the product quality according to internal or external feedback
8） 分析產(chǎn)品缺陷，過程改進(jìn)；analysis product defect, improve process.
9） 工人基本技能培訓(xùn)；workshop workers training
10）按時(shí)完成領(lǐng)導(dǎo)交辦的其它工作任務(wù)。Be responsible for organizing and implementing other works assigned by company management.
11）對應(yīng)管轄產(chǎn)線的新產(chǎn)品開發(fā)導(dǎo)入工作（布局方案、工時(shí)、試制）；NPI related work（layout、cycle time &T.T define、pilot run manage，others activities by cooperation with current IE）
12）對應(yīng)所管轄產(chǎn)線布局、物流管理及改進(jìn)Layout & material flow and improvement with Corresponding production line
13）對應(yīng)管轄產(chǎn)線的工時(shí)管理與改進(jìn)Working sheet manage and capacity improve with Corresponding production line
14）其它必要工作Others necessary work
