負(fù)責(zé)設(shè)計(jì)、開發(fā)和維護(hù)用于鏡片制造過程中的視覺檢測(cè)系統(tǒng)，確保產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量和生產(chǎn)效率。您將與公司內(nèi)外部以及跨部門團(tuán)隊(duì)合作，提供技術(shù)支持和解決方案，以滿足生產(chǎn)和質(zhì)量控制需求。同時(shí)為公司的工業(yè)4.0策略提供創(chuàng)新和推動(dòng)。

Responsible for the design, development and maintenance of vision inspection systems used in the lens manufacturing process to ensure product quality and productivity. You will work with supplier and cross-functional teams to provide technical support and solutions to meet production and quality requirement. Also provide innovation and impetus to the company's Industry 4.0 strategy.

崗位職責(zé) Responsibility

1.視覺系統(tǒng)開發(fā)與優(yōu)化：參與設(shè)計(jì)和開發(fā)用于檢測(cè)鏡片質(zhì)量的視覺系統(tǒng)，包括軟硬件的選型、集成和調(diào)試。持續(xù)優(yōu)化視覺檢測(cè)系統(tǒng)，提高檢測(cè)精度和效率。

Vision system development and optimization: Participate in the design and development of vision systems for quality inspection, including hardware and software selection, integration and debugging. Continuously optimize the vision inspection system to improve inspection accuracy and efficiency.

2.圖像處理與分析：開發(fā)和優(yōu)化圖像處理算法。可以處理和分析生產(chǎn)過程中采集的圖像數(shù)據(jù)，生成質(zhì)量報(bào)告和改進(jìn)建議。

Image processing and analysis: develops and optimizes image processing algorithms. Can process and analyze image data captured during production to generate quality reports and recommendations for improvement.

3.項(xiàng)目管理：參與新項(xiàng)目的技術(shù)評(píng)估，制定項(xiàng)目計(jì)劃和實(shí)施方案。協(xié)調(diào)與生產(chǎn)、質(zhì)量和自動(dòng)化團(tuán)隊(duì)的合作，確保項(xiàng)目按時(shí)完成。

Project Management: Participate in the technical evaluation of new projects and responsible for project plans and implementation programs. Coordinate with production, quality and automation teams to ensure projects are completed on time.

4.技術(shù)支持與培訓(xùn)：為生產(chǎn)線提供視覺系統(tǒng)的技術(shù)支持，解決生產(chǎn)過程中遇到的檢測(cè)問題。負(fù)責(zé)培訓(xùn)生產(chǎn)和質(zhì)量團(tuán)隊(duì)，確保正確使用和維護(hù)視覺系統(tǒng)。

Technical Support and Training: Provide technical support to the production line for vision systems and resolve inspection problems encountered during production. Responsible for training production and quality teams to ensure proper use and maintenance of vision systems.

5.輔助完成車間OEE持續(xù)改善目標(biāo)，推動(dòng)自動(dòng)化項(xiàng)目和其它工業(yè)4.0的項(xiàng)目。

Assist in the completion of workshop OEE continuous improvement targets, promote automation projects and other Industry 4.0 projects.

6.完成上級(jí)主管安排的其它任務(wù)。

Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.

任職資格 Qualification

1.大學(xué)本科及以上，電子工程、計(jì)算機(jī)科學(xué)、自動(dòng)化、光學(xué)工程等相關(guān)專業(yè)；

Bachelor or above，major in EE/CS/Automation/OE, etc.

2.三年視覺系統(tǒng)開發(fā)和應(yīng)用經(jīng)驗(yàn)，有鏡片制造或光學(xué)行業(yè)經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先；

3 years of experience in vision system development and applications, preferably in lens manufacturing or the optical industry.

3.熟悉常見的視覺算法和圖像處理技術(shù)，如邊緣檢測(cè)、模式識(shí)別、機(jī)器學(xué)習(xí)等;

Familiar with common vision algorithms and image processing techniques such as edge detection, pattern recognition, machine learning, etc.

4.精通視覺檢測(cè)軟件（如Labview、Halcon、OpenCV等）和編程語言（如C++、Python等）;

Proficient in vision inspection software (e.g. Labview、Halcon, OpenCV, etc.) and programming languages (e.g. C++, Python, etc.).

5.了解工業(yè)相機(jī)、鏡頭、光源等視覺系統(tǒng)硬件的選型和應(yīng)用;

Understanding of vision system hardware selection and applications such as industrial cameras, lenses, light sources, etc..
