崗位職責(zé) Responsibilities
1、負(fù)責(zé)管理崗位說明書并督導(dǎo)各部門完成崗位說明書的編寫和更新,以確保為招聘提供必要的信息資源;
Responsible for managing and maintain the annually reriew of job description to ensure the consistency of job responsibilities, recruitment needs and personnel requirements;
2、對(duì)需求崗位進(jìn)行招聘的計(jì)劃、甄選、面試、選擇錄用等流程執(zhí)行;
Carried out recruitment planning, selection, interview, offering process;
3、招聘渠道(網(wǎng)站,獵頭,校園招聘,人力資源服務(wù)公司等)的維護(hù),確保招聘工作的有效性并高質(zhì)量滿足用人部門需求;
Maintained recruitment channels (websites, headhunters, campus recruitment, HR service companies, etc.) to ensure the recruitment effectiveness;
4、對(duì)所招聘人員的溝通、入職報(bào)到等后續(xù)追蹤服務(wù)工作;
Support the onboarding of new hires;
5、完成招聘系統(tǒng)維護(hù),負(fù)責(zé)招聘報(bào)表的更新;
To maintain the recruitment system and other related reports;
6、建立和完善公司的招聘流程和招聘體系;
Establish and improve the company's recruitment process and recruitment system。
任職要求 Requirements
1、 本科及以上學(xué)歷,3年及以上招聘相關(guān)經(jīng)驗(yàn),具有良好的面試技巧和人才甄選技能;
Bachelor degree or above;more than 3yrs' recruitment experience, with good interviewing skill and good at talent selecting;
2、 有外資制造業(yè)或醫(yī)療行業(yè), RPO獵頭招聘從業(yè)經(jīng)驗(yàn)為優(yōu);
Experience in foreign Manufacturing, Medical or Headhunting
industry is preferred;
3、良好的組織和分析能力;
Good logic thinking;
4、良好的口頭表達(dá)能力,英文聽說讀寫熟練;
Good oral communication skills, proficient in English listening, speaking, reading and writing;
5、熟練應(yīng)用Excel等辦公軟件, 會(huì)利用數(shù)字化工具進(jìn)行招聘信息的分析。
Proficient in office software such as Excel,
Power BI.
