Salary: $700/month x 13 or 14
Job Responsibilities:
1. Daily work schedule (responsible for production management according to instructions from superiors);
2. Issue process parameter and indicator adjustment plans and supervise their implementation; Responsible for preparing training plans related to workshop processes and systems, and implementing training work;
3. Implement workshop quality management, optimize workshop process control procedures, and develop and improve relevant process management systems;
4. Responsible for organizing workshop level process inspections, developing corrective action plans for issues identified during process inspections, and organizing corrective actions;
5. Responsible for implementing the rectification of quality issues raised by the company and departments; Participate in company quality meetings and organize workshop discussions on process quality;
6. Workshop personnel management work.
Job requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in metallurgy, chemistry, materials science or related fields;
