Scope and Accountability:
·
To handle day-to-day order fulfillment of
IMPORT/EXPORT service and provide high quality service to
customers
·
Carry out reception CSV operation and consult
customers about daily queries, answer phones and emails regarding IMPORT/EXPORT
service, keep updated SOP if
needs
·
Working closely with internal and external
parties, includes overseas, customers, carriers and other service providers to
ensure smooth daily operations
·
To ensure system inputting accuracy and timing,
AR/AP job orders preparation following by standard process to
deadlines
·
To be willing to promote local value-added
IMPORT/EXPORT service to customers proactively and cost-efficiency
sense
·
To collaborate with F&A to monitor AR/AP
statement in case of necessary
·
To create data analysis and reporting to team
head as request
Qualification Requirements:
·
College or university graduates, preferably
major in Shipping/Logistics/International Trade related fields
·
At least two or above years in shipping and
international logistics company
·
Familiar with international freight forwarding
process, understand the industry related skills and constantly go beyond, good
experience and knowledge in managing international logistics shipments
·
Ability to comment on customers' operation
guides, plan and set up working procedures
·
Ability to multi-tasks and work independently
·
Detail-minded, organized, proactive, helpful,
friendly and able to work under pressure and workload
·
Good written and spoken in English, good
understanding and communication skill
·
Good PC skills on Windows and Microsoft Office
