OBJECTIVES/PURPOSE OF JOB 工作目標(biāo)/目的
- Create value by contributing to the brand objectives regarding quality, supplier and risk management, innovation, sustainability, services, processes improvement and costs savings to ensure internal stakeholders satisfaction
- Be responsible for brand purchases portfolio through the implementation of purchasing categories strategies and projects, in compliance with indirect purchasing missions, guidelines and strategies
- Provide purchasing expertise and support, promote purchasing guidelines and exchange of best pract indirectices and experience to develop purchasing professionalism
KEY ACTIVITIES/RESPONSIBILITIES 主要工作責(zé)任
Operations
- make the daily operation on P2P process, and follow up the SOP request
- manage expenses analysis for indirect purchasing items
- conduct purchasing projects (specification work, sourcing, negotiation, contract) in close partnership with functional stakeholders and in accordance with indirect purchasing guidelines
- select and manage performing suppliers, define KPIs, evaluate and manage supplier performance and compliance
- provide expertise and support (deliverables, best practices, framework…) and promote purchasing guidelines
Report
- work in close collaboration with BU and report projects and performance (quantitative and qualitative indicators) within the reporting framework
Communication
- contribute to the internal communication : purchasing projects, referenced suppliers and agreements conditions, purchasing guidelines
- develop best practices exchanges within BU and with the other BUs
EXPERIENCE / COMPETENCIES 經(jīng)驗要求/能力要求
- Above bachelor;
- Understanding of indirect purchasing management and experienced in best practices purchasing tools and techniques
- Analytical, persuasion and creativity abilities / teamwork
- Excellent communication skills with all levels of organization and suppliers
