工作職責(zé)：

1. 負(fù)責(zé)國外供應(yīng)商的尋找與開發(fā)，對供應(yīng)商進(jìn)行評估及管理；

2. 負(fù)責(zé)維護(hù)國外供應(yīng)商關(guān)系，考核供應(yīng)商績效并持續(xù)改進(jìn)；

3. 負(fù)責(zé)編制和發(fā)出商務(wù)詢價(jià)文件，在詢價(jià)過程中及時(shí)跟進(jìn)詢價(jià)工作的開展；
Seek for potential supplier, send out inquiry, make price negotiation, and cost structure analysis.

4. 負(fù)責(zé)簽訂國外采購合同并監(jiān)督和跟蹤執(zhí)行情況，并定期向經(jīng)理匯報(bào)；

Responsible for overseas purchasing contract and follow up，and periodically reports those to manager.

5. 負(fù)責(zé)協(xié)調(diào)供應(yīng)商發(fā)運(yùn)、考慮總成本；

Coordinate global logistic, total cost consideration.

6. 支持采購人員跟進(jìn)供應(yīng)商準(zhǔn)時(shí)交貨表現(xiàn)；

Support Procurement Staff to follow up Supplier on Time Delivery performance.

7. 衡量并支持領(lǐng)導(dǎo)改善供應(yīng)商質(zhì)量，交期，供應(yīng)商發(fā)展和總成本的改善；

Measures and support in improving the performance of the supplier base: Quality, Delivery, Supplier Development and Total Cost;

8. 支持全球采購團(tuán)隊(duì)在當(dāng)?shù)毓?yīng)商的采購活動(dòng)，包括交貨、質(zhì)量和產(chǎn)能；

Support global purchasing team in purchasing activities of local suppliers on delivery, quality and capacity.

9. 供應(yīng)鏈的內(nèi)部協(xié)作；

Supply Chain Department internal assistance.

10. 經(jīng)理安排的其它工作；

Other duties assigned by manager.
崗位要求：

1. 本科及以上學(xué)歷，國際貿(mào)易、、商務(wù)管理、機(jī)械類相關(guān)專業(yè)；
Bachelor degree, major in international trading, commercial management, or Mechanical.

2. 具有至少3年機(jī)械制造行業(yè)采購管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)；

At least 3 years working experience in purchasing management in mechanical manufacturing.

3. 具備開發(fā)供應(yīng)商的能力；

Skill in new supplier sourcing & development.

4. 具備采購、談判、國際貿(mào)易的能力；

Skill in purchasing, negotiation, international trade.

5. 辦公軟件、ERP的經(jīng)驗(yàn)；

Microsoft Office knowledge, ERP experience.

6. 熟悉進(jìn)出口貨物清關(guān)手續(xù)，英語可以作為工作語言；

Know import and export process，working language in English.
