崗位職責(zé):
?Develop and Execute Translational Strategies: Bridge the gap between preclinical and clinical stages by integrating translational medicine insights into clinical development plans and applying reverse translation to refine and optimize next-generation drug products.
?Collaborative Leadership: Represent the translational team, working closely with research and clinical teams to ensure alignment on biomarker strategies. Contribute to the authoring and review of clinical protocols and related documents.
?Biomarker and Mechanism of Action (MOA) Expertise: Leverage your expertise in biomarker discovery and MOA studies to address and interpret emerging biomarker data, ensuring its clinical relevance.
?Effective Communication: Clearly communicate translational medicine strategies, findings, and their implications to internal teams and external partners, including clinical investigators, fostering seamless alignment and innovative research collaboration.
?Presentation and Reporting: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations at internal meetings, scientific conferences, and during regulatory interactions.
任職要求:
?Master’s degree or higher in life sciences with 3+ years of postdoctoral experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry, particularly in cardiovascular disease and/or cancer.
?Proven experience in leading translational programs from the PCC to IND stages.
?Hands-on experience with preclinical mouse models and clinical biomarker detection methods (e.g., FACS, NGS, IHC).
?Experience managing CRO vendors.
