主要職責(zé):
1、完成特定業(yè)務(wù)準(zhǔn)備金的精算評估和報告工作;
2、參與維護并優(yōu)化準(zhǔn)備金評估模型,能夠按照業(yè)務(wù)或財務(wù)需求提升功能;
3、參與準(zhǔn)備金回溯分析、年度準(zhǔn)備金評估報告、償二代等監(jiān)管類報告中與精算相關(guān)的數(shù)據(jù)處理與分析;
4、協(xié)助公司預(yù)算制定、機構(gòu)準(zhǔn)備金評估、風(fēng)控和審計方相關(guān)需求的精算數(shù)據(jù)分析;
5、積極配合并支持各事業(yè)部提出的業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展規(guī)劃,提供精算解決方案;
6、其他精算相關(guān)工作。
招聘要求:
1、精算、金融、保險、統(tǒng)計等相關(guān)專業(yè),通過至少五門精算師考試者優(yōu)先;
2、應(yīng)屆生或有1-2年精算相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗;
3、熟練運用office辦公軟件,會撰寫VBA\SAS者優(yōu)先;
4、良好的溝通與表達(dá)能力、較強的求知欲和學(xué)習(xí)能力;
5、良好的團隊協(xié)作能力、責(zé)任心強、能承受一定工作壓力;
6、較為熟練的英文表達(dá)和書寫能力。
Key Responsibilities:
1. Complete particular actuarial evaluation and reporting of operational reserves;
2. Maintain and optimize the reserve assessment model, and improve functions according to business or financial needs;
3. Process and analyse actuarial-related data in regulatory reports such as reserve backtracking analysis, annual reserve evaluation report, compensation second generation;
4. Assist budget formulation, institutional reserve assessment, risk control and actuarial data analysis of related needs of auditors;
5. Actively cooperate with and support the business development plan proposed by each business division, and provide actuarial solutions;
6. Other actuarial related work.
Recruitment Requirements:
1. Actuarial, finance, insurance, statistics and other related majors, passing at least five actuary examinations is preferred;
2. Fresh graduate or 1-2 years of actuarial related work experience;
3. Skilled use of Office software, able to write VBA/SAS is preferred;
4. Good communication and expression skills, strong thirst for knowledge and learning ability;
5. Good teamwork ability, strong sense of responsibility, able to work under pressure;
6. Proficient in both oral and written English.
